Team family enrollment
Record a staff-family tuition override.
Use this only when the parent is staffing a simultaneous class for a different age group or when CurioSpark has approved this staff-family tuition waiver. The learner still counts toward capacity; no Payhip checkout or payment plan is created.
Automatic $0 tuition is limited to simultaneous staffing for a different age group. Full Admin may also record a CurioSpark-approved staff-family tuition waiver. Standard tuition applies unless CurioSpark has approved a staff-family adjustment.
Live roster
Program enrollment
Approved Team members can view active program rosters, family contact details, safety information, and attendance coverage across CurioSpark so they can support the community when another Team member is unavailable. Only Global Admin can add or change enrollments, programs, payments, access, or payouts.
