Team family enrollment
Record a staff-family tuition override.
Use this only when the parent is staffing a simultaneous class for a different age group or when CurioSpark has approved this staff-family tuition waiver. The learner still counts toward capacity; no Payhip checkout or payment plan is created.
Automatic $0 tuition is limited to simultaneous staffing for a different age group. Full Admin may also record a CurioSpark-approved staff-family tuition waiver. Standard tuition applies unless CurioSpark has approved a staff-family adjustment.

Completion applies to the program; attendance applies to a session.
About statuses
Registered entries move to Completed after the program’s final scheduled session. Search includes completed records across every page.
Enrollment: registration or completion for this program.
Attendance: the selected session, including “Assumed present — Automatic” and existing corrections.
Payment: read-only information; completion does not change payment status.
