Programs

Program management without the spreadsheet shuffle.

Admins create programs and grant specific Team access. Team members only see their assigned programs and scoped rosters.

Program operations

Create programs, then assign the right Team access.

Approved Team members can view active program rosters, family contacts, safety details, attendance, and coverage across CurioSpark. Financial records remain Admin-only.

Devin’s simple class setup

One Payhip product + one CurioSpark Program record.

You do not need to use every box below. For each real workshop, follow these three steps.

  1. 1

    Build it in Payhip

Create the product there exactly as you normally would: price, checkout copy, images, and registration details.

  2. 2

    Add the schedule here

Enter the program name, date(s), time, general area, and the direct Payhip product link. Set Status to Open, then Save.

  3. 3

    Check the family view

The Program appears on CurioSpark Calendar and Programs. Parents choose a child, then checkout in Payhip.

What can I ignore for now?

For a normal class, you can skip Program Code, End Date, Private Location, Cost in Cents, Registration Link, Private Notes, Team Assignment, and Roster Visibility. Those are optional operational tools for later—not a to-do list before a program can be published.

Calendar publishing

Program dates power the member calendar.

CurioSpark uses each program’s saved start date, meeting dates, time, status, and public note for the calendar. Paste the direct Payhip product link here; v7.55 automatically uses that product key to match the correct learner after payment. Choose “Child-specific” for most workshops.

Admin-approved workshop payment plan

Use the workshop’s regular full-pay Payhip product above. Checking this does not show a payment-plan choice to families. It simply makes the workshop eligible for a Full Admin to approve a private plan for a specific family and learner. Payment 1 uses the real workshop product; payments 2 and 3 use the shared unlisted CurioSpark installment checkout.

Installments are calculated from the Program cost in cents: $50 = $16.67 / $16.67 / $16.66; $80 = $26.67 / $26.67 / $26.66; $100 = $33.33 / $33.33 / $33.34. Only Admin-approved families see their private plan in Family Portal. CurioSpark sends one-time codes and due-date emails; families are never charged automatically.

Assign Team

Limit access by program.

Family safety view is automatic.Approved Team members can view parent contact, emergency contacts, and enrolled-child allergy, medical/support, and accommodation details for operational support.
